I stumbled upon the medium while playing with a piece of white paper and scissors one day in early 2003. In no time, I replaced the cutting tool from scissors to an Xacto knife to be able to create intricate details.  I like what the cutting paper produces-  an object that is neither 2-D nor 3-D, a kind of in-between thing. Lately, I enjoy applying painting and collage onto the paper cutouts to create further visual complexity.
